Dynamic View incorrectly blocks a users access

Hi,

I have a Dynamic View set up that restricts the view by current user. The condition I've set up is for a contact column in the sheet called Review Access

And in the sheet this column is populated with contacts:

But despite this, one of my contacts, Jeff, in this column cannot access the Dynamic View. I added myself to the Review Access column and after refreshing the browser I was able to access the Dynamic View.

I also have a Dashboard with access limited. Jeff can access this without issue.

Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this?

I reached out internally and found someone with an answer. I had neglected to add our domain in the sharing tab of the Dynamic View. Below is where to find that and after I had corrected my mistake.
