Pivot able

Hi Reaching to the Brain Trust
We have a user who has been using Pivot Table - yesterday she suddenly started getting Error 500 and is unable to login and didn't share her pivots with anyone so the pivot tables are not updating and she cant access the ap
Tech support are just going through the motions of check this and check - shifting the issue on to our IT. We have tried removing her access to the app and then later allowing access no success
Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this and what to try besides providing screen recordings and browsers logs :-(

Smartsheet Support is going to the best place to go. They should be able to recover the tables and possibly transfer them to another user.
