    I need assistance for a formula.

    I have staff taking their BLS certification on 12/23/24 (column name BLS). I need to set automation to remind them to prepare for their renewal at 545 days from 12/23/24. What should the formula be?

    I have tried =[BLS]@row + 545 but it didn't work.
