Can I use conditional formatting to highlight a date cell if it is still blank after X days?

I'm creating a tracker to help keep the team on track with our updated timelines. I have a Created Column, a days since receipt column (which shows the # of days since the row was created), then date columns for a few key tasks that need to be scheduled by certain days.
We want to set a conditional format that if a date column is still blank after 7 days from creation, it should highlight. But if there is a date entered, it should NOT be highlighted.
Is this possible?
Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately that is not an option at this time, but it would make a great Product Idea submission.
