Sheet changing entries
This sheet is created to track expense reports, and the users enter "Project abbreviations" via form, the form is then mapped onto an expense report PDF. The initial entry everything is done as it is supposed to. However, for an unknown reason/cause the project abbreviation entry is changed to a random abbreviation that was not initially entered. This happens randomly so it is hard to say what is triggering it, there are no other users that actively work on this sheet but me, so I know it is not another user causing the issue.

This is the sheet, and lines are added by an automation form that is submitted. It is then set to be mapped when a new entry is added to an expense report PDF.
This mapping reflects the project abbreviation that was initially entered, and I circled what would be entered as "8. Project Abbreviation" on the sheet. On the sheet, you can see that the entry is different and listed as "EAS000" when it was originally entered as the "GALK02, GCHU02…etc" & I do check when the entry is entered so it was previously accurate, but something causes the sheet to automatically change on this and the other "1-9. Project abbreviation" columns that are on the sheet.
There are 9 project abbreviation columns that are list each named "1. Project abbreviation" and so on —
here is what the column type is and reflects the same on all of the columns, the values are a part of a data shuttle from another sheet.
