Help with indenting

I originally created a grid for simple tracking, but it has evolved into tracking some due dates and milestones. I tried to make it more waterfall and it won't let me outdent. I have added start and end dates, but still wont move. Any thoughts?

    Hello @Tiva,

    Assuming you've already tried using the Outdent button (if it's not highlighted, the row(s) are not indented so there's no option to outdent). Here's a picture of the outdent button for reference.

    Alternately, the keyboard shortcuts for indenting and outdenting are as follows:

    Indent Ctrl + ]
    Outdent Ctrl + [

    All the best,
    -Ray

    Thanks @Ray Lindstrom I did try those. If I click on outdent, it will gray out and do nothing, so then I click on indent..the same thing. It is not a ton of data so that I could rebuild, but I would prefer to fix it. :)

    @Tiva

    If the button is grayed out, that means you're outdented all the way. Same for indent. You can only indent once as once it becomes a child it's a child. There's no double indent. Once you indent the indent button gets grayed out.

    @Ray Lindstrom yes it's a headscratcher. I would give the same advice to someone else; however, it is not indented at all and it is still grayed out. Thanks for your feedback!

    It's my understanding that if the outdent button is highlighted, then the cell must be indented.
