Create New Request - Option: What does it do?

Hi Team, Need help with a clarification - Can you please suggest what would happen if I hit - Create New Request

This is an Acknowledgement notification/ Automated WF that I have created which goes from Manager to Rep. The Rep is required to simply Check Box and hit submit

I was exploring incase if Rep misses the notification or is unable to retrieve the email. In that case, does the 'Create New Request' send another notification to capture their acknowledgement.

It will just create a new Update Request for this line 23.

Just like if you go to the line 23 press those 3 dots on the left and choose from the menu:
