Moving/Copying a Smartsheet from One Organization to Another

I am contemplating doing some Smartsheet development work on the side. If I were to create a Smartsheet solution for someone in another organization using my license, how do I transfer the Smartsheet solution that I developed for them to their Smartsheet license once I am done?
Note: I would be transferring a workspace from my Smartsheet account that I license to a second organization's Smartsheet license once the development is completed.

So you add the person you want to transfer ownership to, to the workspace. Then you hit SHARE up in the top right corner. Then you switch their permission levels from "Admin" to "Owner".
