Listing Unique values from multiple columns

Is there a way to list unique values from different columns (4 to be exact) by row?

More context:

1. I have four different sheets from which I have to pull unique values for a column (column name is consistent across 4 sheets).
2. I created a unique sheet with manual numbering and now have a sheet with four columns (for each sheet) that lists unique values per sheet for this column.
3. Now, I want to combine all the values across four columns (unique values only) in a new column (no criteria involved) - this is where I am stuck.
4. Steps 1 and 2 are what I did based on reviewing answers in the smartsheet community, open to other suggestions

Extend your numbers even further, then use the same method for grabbing the distinct values from a single column (I imagine an INDEX/DISTINCT/COLLECT) but instead of referencing a single column, reference all four that are in this secondary sheet.
