Cell is "Yes" if the value is on another sheet

I have two sheets (A and B) that I need to pull information into my master, the value I am matching is person's name. If the person is on sheet A the formula pulls dates into the designated columns. Where I am having trouble is if the person is on sheet B, I want the value entered in the designated column to be "Yes" vs pulling in a value from a column on sheet B.
So basically if the person is on sheet B, indicate "yes" on the master sheet.

I would use an IF/COUNTIFS.
=IF(COUNTIFS({Other Sheet Name Column}, @cell = [Name Column]@row) > 0, "Yes")

Thank you Paul! That worked. In tandem I also found another solution using HAS.
=IF(HAS({Other Sheet Name Column}, [Name Column]@row), "Yes", "")
