Core App Account Admin Workspaces not showing as options to Provision to in Control Center
I'm hoping someone in the community can assist with a strange issue I'm having: Dashboards for projects that I've previously provisioned and were working are suddenly showing a "Widget needs owner" error.
I've fixed the issue by claiming ownership of the provisioned project's widgets, and ensured I am the owner of the widget in the template, but I want to ensure that this issue doesn't happen again.
My user account is an admin of the workspace that hosts key assets (intake sheet, summary sheet, and template) in the core app and also admin of all workspaces that I've provisioned projects to, but I do not see the option to provision projects to those workspaces in Control Center. I believe this is related to the "widget needs owner" error.
Has anyone experienced this issue / understand the root cause?

Hi @Daniel Kim!
According to our help article, you can revoke access from a collaborator who created a report or chart widget from the dashboard or the source data. You can remove their access to the report, chart widget, or the underlying source data, and the widget stops displaying the report data. Instead, it shows an error message.
You are right this is the cause of those error messages you noticed. You just need to change the ownership of the widgets in the broken dashboards and that should fix the errors.
You can find more information about this topic here Build report widgets.
I hope this helps!
