Outlook Add-in: Favorites Showing Blank
Hi Everyone,
My team is experiencing an issue where in the Smartsheet Outlook add-in our favorites option is blank. We confirmed that in Smartsheet our favorites lists are still intact but we are not able to see them in Outlook. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? if so any advice?

I was having the same issue, and now the add-in will not work at all. I open it to add message to Smartsheet the box is blank. I tried deleting add-in and then adding again, but no change. Is anyone else having this issue?

I'm having this exact issue. Tried multiple browsers and operating systems, just in case.
Introducing SmartSheet to the team. Having this add-on not work will not go over well.

Same issue. blank screen when trying to launch the add-in on Outlook.
Legacy tokens are enabled as suggested by Smartsheets(Im the admin). Smartsheets is enabled org-wide for outlook.
