Automation triggering 1 day later than trigger

Any automated request goes out via email to clients 3 days after a completed date has been entered into a sheet. This was working like a dream for about the last 5 months. Now all of a sudden it goes out 4 days. I can't see anything that has changed. Would you be able to help me pinpoint/fix the problem?

The formulas in the sheet displaying the result for "Days Since Completed":

=IFERROR(NETWORKDAYS([Date Completed]@row, [Todays Date]@row) - 1, "")

Just to reiterate, i haven't made a change to anything. When a cell is showing 3 it doesn't trigger anymore and only triggers when it shows 4.

    Try deactivating and reactivating it first.

    Secondly, you may try recreating the automation from scratch and testing that one out. If it works, activate it and get rid of the current one.
