Any automated request goes out via email to clients 3 days after a completed date has been entered into a sheet. This was working like a dream for about the last 5 months. Now all of a sudden it goes out 4 days. I can't see anything that has changed. Would you be able to help me pinpoint/fix the problem?
The formulas in the sheet displaying the result for "Days Since Completed":
=IFERROR(NETWORKDAYS([Date Completed]@row, [Todays Date]@row) - 1, "")
Just to reiterate, i haven't made a change to anything. When a cell is showing 3 it doesn't trigger anymore and only triggers when it shows 4.
