Resources to help transition to new subscription model

Are there any resources out there that I can utilize to help mitigate the disaster I am now in? Communications, training, FAQ, anything to help explain and manage why my users can no longer use Smartsheet as they always have?
Also, any admin tools besides brute force approach of filtering and sorting user reports, phone calls and emails to figure out which users are 'important' enough not to force to 'viewer only' status? I have to remove 500+ active users, this is a nightmare. 👎️
