Small Inventory YTD tracking

Im looking to add a way to track YTD orders on a sheet i already have. I currently have a Quantity (as in what we have on the shelf currently) and a Reorder Quantity (for how many we ordered on our last restock) and want to be able to track how many we are ordering of an item over the year. Any ideas on the best way to do that?

Couple questions:

• Do you have a backend log that records each order when it comes in (with the quantity and reorder date)?
• It looks like from your screenshot that you only record that item once and make cell changes based on reorders rather than a new row when a new order comes in, is that a correct assumption?
  • With that, do you delete the quantity value and date and override it with the new info each time a new order comes in?
