Moving contents from a cell to another sheet when box is checked
I have two different sheets and when a box is checked in one I need the contents from several cells to be moved to a different sheet. Can you assist me with this as well?

You can try this through smartsheet automation.

Thank you but I don't want to move a row only the contents of a few of the cells to another sheet.

You may want to consider using the DataMesh add-on of Smartsheet. DataMesh can help synchronize a sub-set of data from a source sheet to target sheets.

Hope this helps!

Does anyone think Index or Vlookup would work?

This depends on if you want to move content or show it in another place.
Formulas can surface content from one sheet into another, but that data would stay in the original sheet and would be both locked and "live" in the second sheet. This means if it's changed in Sheet 1, it will change in Sheet 2, but you won't be able to adjust it in Sheet 2.
I would recommend moving the whole row if you're looking to move content. Then you can either hide the columns you don't need, or use a Report to only show the columns you want to work with.
Cheers,
