Disappearing "Scroller"?

I think I might be losing my mind, but today I don't have a "scroller" at the bottom of my sheets that I can grab and move left and right. I can still move left and right with my arrow keys and when I do that, the scroller appears but then it disappears again after a few moments.

Please don't tell me it's always done this, because that will really freak me out. It's making it hard to navigate!

It might be to the Smartsheet issues they've been having.

It was the Mac scrolling issue! I don't know what I changed that made it do that, but I'm sure glad it was easy to fix.
