Individual email messages from form submission

Hi, we have a new employee signup form. If the hiring manager adds multiple new entries, they all come over in one email. We need them to come over in separate email messages. Is there a way to achieve this? See attachment, we need these to be 3 separate emails - Thank You

Hi @Tim King,
I can see that the created column has different timestamps for each row, which makes me think that your email automation trigger is timed rather than activated by the creation of a new row.
This is assuming that the entries are driven by submission of a Smartsheet form whereby it's limited to one new hire per form.
If the entries are added to the sheet manually, the trigger could be started when your Submitter hits 'Save', even though the rows have different Created times.
I get this type of notification when other PM's make more than one update before saving.
Hope this helps you find a solution.

Yes, the trigger is "When rows are added or changed" It is a form that the user hits 'Submit". But if a bunch of submits are close together they are grouped into one email which I'm trying to avoid. I'm not sure how the trigger would be set up to be timed. I've read other posts about adding placeholders for the field names for the delivered email has an effect and I'm experimenting with that
