% Complete Not Displaying After Configuring Project Settings
I am experiencing an issue with my Smartsheet project where the % Complete column is not populating as expected, despite having properly configured my Project Settings. Below is a detailed description of my setup and the problem I am encountering:
Project Configuration:
I have enabled Project Settings and set the Dependency Enabled option.
The % Complete column is included in my sheet and mapped correctly.
I have designated Start Date and End Date columns.
The Predecessor Column is also present and used for task dependencies.
Issue:
After entering task details, the % Complete column remains blank or does not automatically update based on progress.
Dependencies and durations appear to function correctly, but the percentage of completion is not reflected in the column.
Even when manually entering values, no calculations seem to take place to reflect progress across related tasks.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
Verified that Dependencies are properly set up.
Checked that the % Complete column is correctly selected in Project Settings.
Ensured that tasks have proper Start and End Dates.
Tried refreshing and reloading the sheet.
Tested the setup in a new sheet but encountered the same issue.
