Resource Management Enhancements

Please add the following:

1. Ability to rename RM reports. Deleting and recreating was inconvenient, but tolerable in the past. Now, with Advanced Reports, it creates a lot of extra work in Smartsheet (i.e. updating report/dashboard customizations, etc.)
2. Ability to change the column width of the list of Saved Reports (i.e. longer report names are truncated).
3. Add "Last 90 Days" to the selection of Time Frame filters. There are "Next" filters for 30, 60 and 90 Days, but only a 30 Day option for "Last." The Last/Next 90 Days filter does not work well when looking at utilization (i.e. there's no way to exclude the Future Hours from Available Hours).
4. Ability to move reports up or down in the list and/or group them (i.e. the default display is order of creation)
