Switching Docusign accounts in Smartsheet

Background

I am the Docusign admin.

A user in HR created a Smartsheet and several templates. They have now gone to another position.

Needed

In DocuSign, I can switch to the HR account.

How can I switch accounts for Docusign in Smartsheet?

I made a copy of the document and own the document to use for testing

However, when I go into DocuSign, even though I copied one of the documents, making me the owner, I cannot locate the template or switch to the other account in Smartsheet.

Do you have any ideas on how to log in to the other account?
