Importing MS Project plans - tasks in wrong order

Hi,

I'm new to Smartsheet and just tried to import an MS Project plan.

When viewing it I see that some of the tasks are not ordered correctly from the original plan, anyone else experience this or is this a known problem?

    Hi Gary,

    I've found that the best way to get Project files into Smartsheet is by exporting the file as XML (as opposed to an MS Project file). 

    If you get the same result when importing as XML, I'd recommend reaching out to our Support team to see if they can figure out what the behavior is for this. This may be default behavior on how Smartsheet reads the Project file on import, or it may be a bug.
