Allow Data entry if condition is not met

I am trying to get a column to auto populate data if a specific condition is met, OR allow manual entry of data IF a condition is NOT met.

I have two types of orders, Category A is Regular orders that have varying weights and dimensions that need to be entered Manually. Category B is a specific configuration of orders that have 4 different weights and dimensions.

I want to be able to have my weights and dimensions column auto populate the weights and dimensions if it is a Category B order, but also allow for manual entry if it is a Category A order. I do not want to have multiple sheets, or too many columns and over complicate the process.
