Formula Question - Connecting Sheets

Is there a way to connect these two sheets, in a perfect world, i know that doesnt exist, but asking the experts here.

Can Smartsheet do the following - in the 30in15 Crew Grid Yonder Alonso is working 2/26, with a formula can that information be automatically added to Arizona Schedule under Analyst cell for LAD - 2/26 and his name shows up there, so I am not entering data twice in 2 different docs. I hope this makes sense! And if there isnt a way, thats fine too, wanted to see.

There is absolutely a way! The formulas are pretty dang easy as well! It will just take some Helper Columns! Want to throw time on my calendar again?
