Required Slack Integration Reauthentication

We migrated our Smartsheet integration with Slack on February 5, 2025

Why we migrated:
We’re always working to get more features to our users, this migration makes the connection between Smartsheet and Slack more stable so we can build new features for you in the future.

What this means for you: 
Starting on February 5, 2025, any users currently using the Smartsheet integration with Slack will need to reauthenticate their account with Smartsheet. Users that do not reauthenticate will no longer receive any notifications from Smartsheet in their Slack account. 

Please follow the instructions here to reauthenticate your Slack account on February 5, 2025. You will only need to do this once to reconnect the integration.

  • Hi, I have taken the steps to reauthenticate, but I am still not receiving notifications from Smartsheet in Slack. Are there additional steps I can take to troubleshoot?

  • Hey Cassie, sorry you're having this issue - if you can, please type "unregister" in the Slackbot, then "register". If that still doesn't work, please let us know and I'll get you connected with someone to look into it further.
