E-mail Dashboard with active links

Would like the ability to e-mail a dashboard with active links where the dashboard image is imbedded in the e-mail vs it being a link.

Text Wrap in Report
The problem lies in the way text is displayed in the report. When you utilize the report in any dashboard, it doesn't allow text wrapping, causing long text to be cut off. Ideally, there should be a text wrapping feature, or you should be able to hover over the text to view the full statement.
Time Zones
SmartSheet does not have the capability to reforecast or time zone issues.
Smartsheet Layout
Attached is a sample of what my co-workers and I would prefer over the current line by line layout (grid view.) I have looked at the card view and it is way too much at a time. Please review the pdf and see if there is a way to apply so we can be more productive.
