I've denied a request, how do I give feedback to let them know why?

Where or how can I let the person know what they need to fix on their request from smart sheets? I thought a pop up would show up once I denied the request to provide details but that just completed the form

Whatever you need them to be. To more closely resemble an approval workflow, you would use a dropdown with the same Submitted / Approved / Declined type of options as well as a text/number column to allow for the reason(s) if any.

That isn't the order of the sheet, but the form.
You have to change the order in the actual sheet.

@SDSU It is based on the order of the columns in the sheet itself from left to right. Adjusting those should help you get the fields in the Update Request in the order you want.

You would need to set it up as an Update Request rather than an Approval.

I see. If I change that, what would the options be? Update Request ; No Update needed?

Thank you @Paul Newcome. Another quick question…when I receive the emailed automated fields response is there a way to rearrange them? I would like the E-SIGN to go at the bottom like it's on the actual form.

The items in the email appear in the same order as in the sheet, so if you move them around, it will be reflected in the email.

But it doesn't. Here is part of my sheet (the E-sign text is at the bottom) It appears all mixed in the email confirmation.
