Recipients not receiving alerts

  • Reaching out again. I had my automation set up as unrestricted. I ask for 2 emails, 1 work email and the other is their personal. Why is it that I'm still getting the notification that some recipients aren't receiving alerts.

    Could it be that your company restricts from sending messages outside your domain on your Smartsheet policies by the System Admin?

    We've encountered that issue on and off since October. It was a bug that was fixed, but we've experienced the issue since and Support said they were investigating it, we've experienced it again today.

    It's worth getting in touch with support.
