RYG harvey balls joined to text in dashboard

I have a column for status base on the expectation on a shift work day. Green is no issues, red critical and yellow needs attention. So normally the person on shift will report about how it went on a morning, afternoon and overnight shifts. For each expentation listed we have a drop-down of RYG. I need to join the RYG to what has been reported e.g.

🔴- expectations not met

🟡- needs attention

🟢- expectations met.

I currently have a helper colum that joins the Harvey ball to the text then I have a summary sheet that will join all three =join([row1@] + “ “ + [row2] + “ “ + [row3], Char (10) “”) please help

hi @Marielitos,

I do not think you can connect both the lamp (Yellow, Green, Red) with text to be shown in one cell. I would keep it in two cells one with lamp and next to it would be text and put both as report or widgets into dashboard.

Are you able to provide a screenshot for context?

The first issue right off is the quotes. Those slanted quotes are called "smart quotes" which (ironically enough) aren't recognized as valid characters in a Smartsheet formula. You will need to type all quotes directly in Smartsheet or in a text editor such as Notepad (not Word).

Next, there should be no space between CHAR and the number, and you don't need the quotes there either.

Finally, it looks like you are trying to join three separate rows together? The screenshots will help with figuring that part out.
