Is there any way to reduce the refresh time in Power BI reports that connect with Smartsheet data?

Hi @sarasunny!

After researching our documentation, I've found that the smallest interval Power BI allows in the refresh scheduler is once every 30 minutes. For more frequent updates, users will need to manually refresh the data.

I've found this article: Data refresh in Power BI, where it states the following:

In Power BI Desktop, refresh of report visuals, data refresh, and schema refresh all happen together using:

• Home ribbon > Refresh button
• Home ribbon > Transform data > Close & Apply button
• The context menu (right-click or select the ellipsis) on any table in the Data pane: choose Refresh data
