Issue with workflow sending to recipients that are not in the workflow
I have an issue with an automation alert (ID #3336637687064452) that was ran this morning sending to recipients that are not in the automation. The automation is based on the form that was submitted & the specific answers to the form to trigger the automation to run. Today had a store in a CT automation run, however 3 seperate stores also received that notification for the CT store. I checked all the automation alerts for all the stores that I know of as of right now and all emails contacts are correct and permission level is set to unrestricted. Unsure how to resolve this from other stores getting the incorrect email alert when their emails are not in the alert that ran.

Have you checked your automation workflow to see if it's showing all recipients or selected recipients for the alert that you have set - if you could share the screenshot of your workflow, I can highlight the error.

Hi, thank you for the assistance. The below screenshot are of the automation in question for store 326. I do have all alerts in the automation set to "send to specific people", which I can't understand why store 247, 433, & 434 received the notification for this store when their email address in not in there. Each of those stores had forwarded the email they got this morning.
