Feedback Form Link

I have developed a booking registration spreadsheet for teachers based on different subjects and each subject has a feedback form. I know I can see the Form link under Manage Forms but is there any way I can see the Form link in the registration spreadsheet?

Why would you need separate forms for each subject? Even if you do that, you would not create forms very often, so you can just get form links and add it to the registration sheet manually. If you want the form links to be added to each row automatically based on the subject, I would recommend creating a separate sheet that contains subject name and form link. You can then use cell references to bring in the URL against each subject in your registration sheet.

I am curious to know the details of the use case if the above does not help.
