what is the difference between attachments added to the workspace attachment summary and attachments added to the file library? What is the indicator to an end user that attachments are available?

Workspace Attachment:
Scope: Attachments here are associated with the entire workspace, not tied to any specific sheet.
Access: Anyone with access to the workspace can view and download these attachments.
Indicator: The attachments icon in the upper-right corner of the workspace indicates the presence of attachments.
File Library:
Scope: Attachments in the file library are typically associated with specific sheets or reports.
Access: Access is limited to users who have permissions for the specific sheet or report.
Indicator: The attachments icon on the specific sheet or report indicates available attachments.
