Copying a one cell to another between sheets

I am trying to copy a specific cell from my main sheet to another cell on a different sheet.

I have tried using the cell linking feature where I right click the cell I want the information to go and select "link from cell in another sheet" then select the cell I want on the main sheet and select create link.

When I do this it either does not populate the destination cell with the number (cell is blank but has a blue arrow indicating the cell is linked) or it says circular reasoning

I want to have the number in the cell below "Sum External" copied or linked to

The cell located on this sheet next to Sum External and you can see the blue arrow in the cell that I tried linking

After linking, have you refreshed your browser and waited up to fifteen minutes? That is how long Smartsheet says it may take for that information to populate with the cell linking feature. I have never had it take that long, but I always have to hard refresh the entire browser for the information to show up.
