Schedule Summary

I have a sheet that has a full project schedule on it. The tasks and dates are in rows. I would like to get a summary of several rows for a client. What is an automated way to do that that can stay up to date as I update the schedule?

    what do you mean by summary of several rows?

    you want to check the %complete for those rows? you want to check date viarance for those rows? you want to chceck the health of the rows?

  • I have project tasks in rows with task in a column, start date and end dates in columns. I would like the ability to pull only certain rows from the sheet into an overview simple schedule for a client. Attached is a quick image hopefully that helps explain what I have.

    @awiley Hello!

    Quick and easy way is to create a "Report Helper" column that is a checkbox and use that as your filter for a report. .
