#INCORRECT ARGUMENT SET

Hello!
I have a cell in one sheet that has 3 if statements. This cell is populating a value with no issues. Then I have a vlook up in a different sheet that is giving me the #incorrect argument set. I know the formula is correct because it is the same as I'm using in another cell with just the column number changed. Anyone know what could be happening?
Edit: I figured it out my reference wasn't encompassing all the columns.
