Separate Lines in Form Dropdown?

I've created a form with a dropdown menu list. Once I fill the form out and submit it, all of the multiple options I've selected appear on one line in the following sheet. Is there a way to get each option selected in the dropbox menu to then be on its own separate line when populated into the submissions sheet? We have several different partners that our content needs to go to, and it's difficult when all of the partners are clumped together on a single line.

@meganrold Good afternoon! I think the cleanest approach to this is to create a column for each potential provider that you work with and make your "partner" column a multi-select dropdown that is limited to the drop down options only. Then, you can utilize some logic on your forms to separate that data. I've outlined the steps below:

    Setup your sheet as follows:

Provider - Multi-select dropdown, limited to list items only.

The other columns are checkbox, restrict to checkbox only.

For the Form do the following:

Put all of your Provider and independent provider columns as part of the form. On the "Provider" section you will want to click on "Logic":

Then apply the following logic to the sheet. If they select all of the options it will check all of them off on your main sheet. If they only select one, or two, or three, it will only check off the corresponding providers. Since I have four providers in my dropdown box and four provider checkbox columns I will need to setup 4 separate logic steps:

Then go to each of those sections in your form and make them "Hidden" and "Checked" as default. What this will do is if, and only if, the column is used in the logic it will automatically check it and apply it to your sheet. Your end-user will not see this happening. So the "Disney Field Settings" look like as follows:

As you add new providers you simply need to add them to the Provider - Drop down and add a checkbox column for them. I hope this helps!
