Does VERY SLOW WiFi Break Cross Sheet Reference Calculations?

Our wifi is VERY SLOW today. I'm getting 20 Megabits down, but only .22 Mbps Upload speed. (NOT smartsheet's fault)

When I am in a sheet that contains sheet references to another sheet, it APPEARS that the calculations change to true or false by themselves, with no other people making changes.

I presume it's because Smartsheet is using my bandwidth to lookup the other sheet and return the values, and failing.

Is this accurate? So if I want to ensure my users' sheets are calculating properly, do they have to have a decent Wifi Speed?

    hi @NeilKY,

I think all the calculations are made on the Smartsheet side so your internet speed would not impact it so much.

if there are wrong calculations or workflows not working or cell linking you can always check on status.smartsheet.com if the Smartsheet servers are up.
