Enable {{Curly Brackets}} in manual "Send Update Request"

Issue: {{Curly brackets}} don’t work in manually created update requests (right-click → "Send Update Request"), unlike in automated alerts. Instead of displaying cell values, they remain as plain text.

Current workaround: Manually copying cell data into the message, since all included columns in "Send Update Request" are editable.

Benefits of enabling {{Curly brackets}}:

• Saves time: Eliminates manual copy-pasting.
• Prevents unwanted editing: Keeps informative columns read-only (regardless of permission level).
• Improves consistency: Aligns manual and automated requests.
