Assistance with formula

I would like to enter a formula that works like this:

In first column - I have a Strategic Account Executive. Each SAE has a Book of Accounts

In second column - I have TONS of Strategic Account Names - this is the Book of Accounts in full.

I would like to have a formula that when I select Strategic Account Exec in first column, it will prompt me for the correct Customer Name from the Book of Accounts. Each SAE has assigned customers.

Example, Teresa Adams could have Ethos, Sage, and PetSmart only

There is no way to do this in Smartsheet, but it would be great if we could. Take a look through the "Product Ideas" tab at the top of this page to see if this idea has already been submitted.
