Work apps error

I have created a work app and it is viewable on my desktop but when i try to view it on a iOS device it shows me “No chart data available” which is weird cause it clearly works on my desktop. I have assigned roles to view the dashboard as well.

To better understand the issue, can you confirm if you're using the same account to access the WorkApp on your iOS device? Additionally, are other users experiencing the same issue?

Since the error message refers to chart data, could you let us know what type of chart is in the dashboard and whether it uses a report as the data source? If possible, please share a screenshot of how the dashboard appears on your desktop to compare it with the iOS view.
