How do I share Dynamic View when names do not populate to share?

I created a Dynamic View but I am unable to add two of our team members. Neither of their names appear when I try to add them to the list of users to share. They are able to access other sheets in our account. What needs to happen to get them access to the Dynamic View?

@Mnshelton I am wondering if they don't have access to dynamic view from their system account settings. Maybe confirm with your System Admin that dynamic view is turned on for those team members.

The System Admin discovered that the two employees did not have Smartsheet accounts. They created accounts for the two employees, and I was able to share the Dynamic View with them.
