I’m a Creative Program Manager working closely with designers, the studio team, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are released on time. Right now, we use Smartsheet in a very basic way—just a grid with dates. I think my current sheet has too much information and I'd love to streamline.
I’d love to make our setup more visually appealing and easier to digest at a glance for both stakeholders and the creative team. I really like the Card View and would love a way for designers and the studio team to quickly see what’s in their queue. Doesn't necessarily have to be Card View. I'm curious if there are templates that will work for my request.
Does anyone have recommendations on the best way to structure Smartsheet for this? Are there specific views, reports, or automations that have worked well for similar teams?
