COUNTIFS with a year date range
I need to return the count of instances that occur for a ((1) specific work area) and that has a ((2) specific failure type) and that falls within the ((3) submissions dates of a particular year). Attached is my formula, not sure what I need to add to this. I am getting a #UNPARSEABLE return with "" apostrophes and an #INCORRECT ARGUMENT without them around the greater than or equal to signs.
=COUNTIFS({Tay-Source1}, [Column 11]@row, {Taylorville Source Range 1}, $[Primary Column]$29, {Taylorville Source Range 2}, ">="[Column13]24, {Taylorville Source Range 2}, "<="[Column13]25)
Any help is appreciated!!

The quotation marks need to be removed, that's an Excel thing, Smartsheet doesn't require them. If you're getting INCORRECT ARGUMENT, it means that your ranges are different sizes. Make sure that all 4 of your cross-sheet references are referencing the same number of rows (either select the entire column, or make sure you only select 10 rows, etc…)

I removed the quotations and saved the sheet, it then returned a value of 0 for ever row. I know this is untrue. Weird that it took the saving the sheet to produce, never had that happen before. There must be something else in my formula wrong, I suspect the date format or something.
