Automation Workflows - Not seeing the "send to contacts in a cell" drop-down

I am trying to trigger a workflow that will email the person who completed a form. My trigger is to notify the person who filled out the form and/or column, "Requestor email". From the Alert someone section, my issue is that there are no options to select from,"Send to contacts in a cell". I need to select, the "requestor email" column, which is also my Primary column. I can do this in other sheets, but for some reason I can not set this up.

Am I missing a step? Or is it because its the Primary column?

The issue seems to be the column TYPE. Only CONTACT columns will show up in the "Send to contacts in a cell" as an option to choose. Since your email is in the Primary column, it's type Text/Number (and cannot be changed). The solution is going to involve adding a Contact column, and then do one of two things:

1. Make that Contact column what's surfaced on your form, instead of the primary column. This is my preference.) You could then use a formula in your primary column as an index for the individual row - for example, joining the Row Number and the date. This would of course be a column surfaced on any reports, so you'd want to tailor it to your own business use case.
2. Make that Contact column a column formula =Primary@row

Once you have a populated contact column… you can use the automation now. :) Good luck!
