COUNTIFS & VALUE FUNCTION not providing OUTPUT

Good Evening,

I figured out how to pull out the numeric character from the A & P Deliverables column, which currently has 9. No Deliverables and 1. Partnered/hosted to pull into the Count (A&P) Deliverables - 9 Column, see below.

The issue, see next image, is I am attempting to link the numeric values that are outputted in Count (A&P) Deliverables - 9 column to another sheet to execute the COUNTIFS function to count only the outputs that equal 9 in column All Deliverables Met, unfortunately it is not working as you can see that its counting the 1 and the empty cells as 1. If I understand correctly anything that is not equal to 9 should be blank, thus why I think the COUNTIFS formula is incorrect.

Good Evening All,

After using the very useful formula VALUE(LEFT([(Comms) Colgate Deliverables]@row, 2)) I realized that I need this formula to also output multiple answers selected from a drop-down question, see highlighted instance below. I need the other column to read 1, 2, 3, not just 1. Is there any function that will ignore the letters pull out all numbers in a particular cell?

@NCNWIncData That request would be a little more difficult to achieve how ever it is doable. how many options do you have total?

It has to be dynamic just as the options could vary, there are 18 options as of current.

Apologies, I forgot to mention I want to exclude the number 18 as I don't need the data from this option.
