Automatic email regarding the updates from different sites

Hello Smartsheet community :)

I want to automate a weekly email that includes updates from different sites (site A & B), with images attached. This email should be sent out every Friday.

To achieve this, I created two forms to collect input from the POCs of different sites. Then, I compiled a master summary report by selecting data from the sheets of Site A and Site B, filtering for entries from the last seven days.

However, I am now stuck because I don't see an option to automate the email dispatch for Fridays.

Could you advise on the next steps or suggest an alternative approach to meet this requirement?

hi @kavss,

You can send automations only directly from Sheets not Reports. Maybe that's the problem?
