Using card view, displaying all cards for multiple users

I hope this isn't some easy solution (I'm relatively new to Smart Sheet and have been trying to teach myself as many tricks as possible).

I have been tasked by my supervisor to create a sheet to track information across multiple projects and assigned individuals. These projects typically involve two different assigned people, but can easily grow to 5 or 6 depending on the project.

I'm hoping to create a sheet in card view that would allow people to have a list of all of their assigned projects for easy access, where they can add their information for their piece of the puzzle. I didn't see a way to have multiple people in the selected lane, and with how large some of these projects can become, I'm not sure adding additional assignment columns would be the solution I'm looking for.

Is there another solution I can utilize that I'm not seeing? One that will ensure that if Frank is assigned to project A and also project D, that he'll see both in his assignment list?

hi @bakerd163,

If you want to see tasks grouped by Assigned To: you cannot have multiple people assigned to one task. It will just not work in smartsheet.

If you want people to see the tasks assigned to them only create a filter with Condition: Assigned has any of current user. If you share this filter with any person it will recognise who logged in and will show only task of such person.
