Capture the person adding a comment

I need to distinguish between the User or Admin adding a comment in Smartsheet. I need to create an automation when a comment is added by the admin working the ticket, it sends an email with a request update to the user. When the user responds to the update request in the comment to not send another email notification to the user

hi @Islam Zinxhirija,

If someone is adding a comment and if you have added column "Last Comment" you can check in the system column "changed by" who made the last change.

Based on that you can have in another sheet names of admins / users and with index/match formula you can grab info if such person is admin or user.
