Comminication tool between several offices

Hallo
I am looking for a communication with below possibilites
-Instrcution to other office in europe
-follow up possibiliti TO DO and Finshed
-At the and all info must kept together to streamline and to improve ops.
do you have some ideas to make this in smartsheet

Hello,
Without seeing the details, I would suggest building automations on cell parameters. You could send instructions to a group or individuals, once they have done what they need, they would have to go into the sheet and select a To Do or Finished option. Depending on the variable, more automations/workflows can be built to modify the sheet and/or send others updates on what they need to do.

Thanks , today we are using whatsapp a lot , but as a manager its not possible to follow all and i do not want to micromanage but i dont like that i can not analyse the problems to improve our quality.
So i want to streamline the communication and i am looking if someone created something already to check all possibilities within smarthseet.. i did already al lot but this one is tuff
